This cosy villa has only a ground floor. The comfortable living room has got a direct access to the pool area. Two steps take to the open dining room. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and microwave. There a 3 twin bedrooms inside the villa. The first has an suite shower room and the other two share a large bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a separate entrance from the terrace and en suite shower room. Close to the entrance, there is a guest toilet. For your added convenience, there is an utility room with washing mashine.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms with a limited timetable from 18:00-01:30 & 05:30- 09:00.

Heating in all the villa.

Outside

The charming covered terrace is perfect for al fresco meals. you can refresh at the pool and relax at the surrounding sun terraces with sunbeds.The garden is a hedge fence and palm trees offers their shade. The tennis table for the fun all of the family.
