Covered furnished terrace by the house. Well kept gardens, lawn, orange-trees, etc. . The perfect holiday home to relax, with friends or in family. On the ground of aprox. 4000m2, completely fenced, is the villa Finca Can Caragol, with aprox. 120m2 living-area, nicely decorated: Livingroom with 2 sofas, satellite-TV, fire place (only decoration), dining-table and with direct access to the terrace. Open kitchen with breakfast bar, completely equipped, vitro-ceramic with 3 rings, oven, micro-weave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. Three bedrooms: one with double bed (190x150cm) and bath/2 wash bassins/WC. Two with 2 beds each (190x90). Shower/WC. Aircondition in livingroom on request, to be paid extra.
