This traditional stone Mallorcan house has an interior modern slant, with white washed walls, terracota tiled floors, beamed ceilings and halogen spot lighting. Situated on the gentle slopes of the Puig Maria it enjoys wonderful views of Pollensa and the hills beyond, yet is only a 10 minute walk to the town. You enter the house, into a small hallway, and two of the bedrooms are on this floor, just off the hallway. To the left is a double bedroom(bed 135 x 180) with shower (80 x 67) and wc ensuite and to the right is a large twin room(beds 90 x 190) with a shower room (100 x 100) adjacent. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a queen size double bed (200 x 200) and an ensuite shower room. On this floor there is also a single bedroom (bed 105 x 200) and a full bathroom. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished with antique furniture, have fitted wardrobes and enjoy views out over the garden.
Also on this upper level there is an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, dark wood furniture and a traditional Mallorcan wood burning stove. Double patio doors lead out onto the terrace with beautiful views of Pollensa town, its majestic church and the famous Calvari steps. The garden and pool can also be seen from here. The kitchen area is accessed through an archway from the lounge area and is equipped with all modern appliances.
A vine covered second terrace runs along the entrance side of the house, with wooden tables and chairs. The gardens are a delight with well tended shrubs and lawn. The pool is to the side of the house, in a wonderfully sunny location, and is surrounded by stone built terraces, with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. There is also a BBQ for those al fresco evenings.
This fabulous villa is just a short walk away from all that Pollensa has to offer, restaurants, cafes, a weekly market and so much more. The long sandy beach at Puerto Pollensa is a 10 minute drive away. There are some lovely walks on the doorstep of ca Na Copea, including the famous hike up to the top of the Puig Maria, where you can visit the monastery, enjoy breath-taking views and a refreshing drink.
