At 1km walking from the Eroski Hypermarket, 900 meters walk from the beaches of Niu Blau where you will find a beach ideal for families with a Beach Club - Pura Vida - and a typical bar of fish and paella - Niu Blau.
The house has on the ground floor a large living room with sliding doors leading to the garden and pool area. On one side is the large kitchen, complete with exit to the porch where there is a table in the shade for al fresco dining in the evenings.
On the other side of the house is a double bedroom (2 single beds) with an outside bathroom with bathtub & shower
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning:
